This quaint little hotel is in the best location in downtown Quebec City. It is a no frills type of hotel as it is 140 years old. It is conveniently located right on the boardwalk next to Chateau Frontenac. The owners are very friendly and the place is clean and provides a comfortable bed and the usual amenities. We enjoyed our stay and long for when we can come back to Hotel Terrasse Dufferin. Everything is literally within walking distance from this place. I would recommend staying here if location means more to you than a chain hotel.

Nice experience staying in this old building hotel. Very good location, walking distance to all shopping street and most importantly nice view outside the hotel and just beside Château Frontenac

Second time here. Great hotel with the perfect location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's an old building so don't expect 21st century comforts like an elevator.

Very charming historic hotel in a great location, and very reasonable price. Friendly staff and convenient parking. We had a couple minor issues (sticky door, poorly ventilated bathroom), but these were not major and I think we would return in the future!
