I get a colonic done every other month due to IBS and many food allergies - this treatment is god sent !
The wonderful owner is marvellous, knowledged and her motherly approach and advice give you the feeling of security and safe zone in a zen environment!
I have been coming here for the past 7-8 years and can honestly say this is something EVERYONE needs to experience. Whether you want to loose weight, help the health of your gut or even just a seasonal up keep of your core's immune system; this is the heaven to a happy gut!

Excellent place to unwind yourself after long day, I did Ionis Spa with cup massage, plus I got the receipt my insurance covers felt great, merci

Great experience! The staff is nice and the owner will give all the information you need." La source de la Sante" offers a variety of services such body cleansing, hydro colon, massages and more. The employees are very professional and will do everything to make you feel at your best. Great location in the heart of Montreal. I am a loyal client and will always go back.
I would recommend, everyone deserves a moment to relax and take care of themselves!

I had a Groupon for a couples massage and I would not go back...
First, the place was sketchy from downstairs all the way to the massage room.As soon as we got there we were asked to give the tip and pay the taxes and we filled up a form.... some checkboxes were already answered for us and once in the room the massage therapists asked us the same questions. My therapist stank.The therapeutic massage was more of a "moisturizing session/finger flapping / hair pulling with an a hint of a perversion", I left with the same pain that I had in my back and wasn't treated in depth. To top it off, as we were trying to GET OUT, we were cornered at the exit and asked If we've paid the tip and taxes (which was the 1st thing we had to do coming In). Nevertheless, the staff was nice and polite (but we're not certified massage therapists) and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Got a Groupon for a 60 minutes massage two years ago by Antonina (I think so,she spoke English and French and was from Georgia I believe). I just saw the comments and felt like I should boost a bit their rating, as I had a pleasant experience. I had no problem to take an appointment and the service was very good. Antonina told me which exercises I should do to help my back at home, and even gave me another discount for when I come next time. Thanks to her, I started swimming regularly. The massage was very nice.
