The waitress was by herself but she handled it amazingly! Very very friendly and attentive to the customer. They pub offers a great view to the piers. Food was great!

Nice cozy pub with a fun, friendly atmosphere. Drinks are average-priced and they have a pool table, TV screens and some live entertainment.
They are also a restaurant but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for value for your money and above average quality.
I had a new York Steak with fries and a salad. Although the steak was cooked exactly like I asked and had an awesome charcoal flavour, it came doused in a disgusting brown sauce, despite my demand to omit the sauce.
Fries were good, crispy and not greasy.
Salad was abominable, couldn't even touch it..it was completely wilted, had way too much dressing, a couple of wet croutons and some coarsely grated cheese...
Frankly for 22$ (on special, regular is 26$!!) they could do better.
I guess if you stick to burgers or poutine you get more value.

Came here for a late night bite but the kitchen was closed at 1 AM :( so we got drinks instead. We got drink menus but nobody came back for orders for awhile. It was pretty quiet at the time (us, another table, and those seated at the bar).
We ordered a pair of cocktails and some water. It took awhile for the waters to arrive but the staff said he had a phone call come up (can't hold that against them). Still the drinks arrived eventually, and they were pretty good if not a bit weak.
The music selection was definfetely the best quality of the bar (various strands of rock). The ambiance benefited from the righteous tunes. We were really feeling the music selection after the concert we just attended.
I'd be tempted to try this place again, but only if the kitchen was open late because realistically that's the only time I'd be looking for a place like this. To grab some food after a late night event. Even if it was select late night foods.

Such a unique place. I enjoyed my fish and chip portion (although a bit overly greasy). Very nice staff especially behind the bar. Check out their amazing mural
