Solid selection and good advice for the most part. Not all employees are equally competent, but so it goes with a seasonal business. Opening service was very good.
Closing service was of average quality. I then ordered a pool cover (my existing one was too small). They said they would drop it off, and never followed up. I then received an invoice billing me for the cover that was never delivered.
I called in asking about the invoice, and was told they would come to deliver the cover the following Monday. They did not arrive, nor did I receive a phone call.
I had to call in once more, this time asking to cancel the invoice. I was then told the invoice was cancelled, and am now awaiting email confirmation that this was done.
I would hesitate to use Beechmount Pools again due to the inconsistent quality of service and communication.

We just got a pool last year, and a hot tub recently. They are super helpful and friendly. They tested our water for free, which I understand they do for all customers and helped us get on track, which the pool company we had install our pool did not.

This is my go to for supplies and advice. They gave a high level of expertise; the owners and staff know their stuff. Prices are really good too.

Great people to work with for advice and help. We have been very happy with their service and products - which has ranged from small items to big purchases (pump, safety cover, new liner). Prices are also very competitive. No need to look around in kw for your pool needs - just head to Beechmount!
