Honestly, that was probably the second worst sushi I've ever had. It tasted stale and like old save on sushi. Would not have minded if I did not pay $40 for 3 rolls and a mixed veggie/prawn tempura that came with deep fried apple and watered cinnamon water "tempura sauce". Would not suggest going there, ever.

Service was great! But nothing too special with the food. It was regular Japanese food you could have anywhere else in Canada

I have never walked out of a restaurant before, but I did walk out of Nagano Sushi. We waited 5 minutes to sit down, which I would of happily waited if it wasn't for the fact that the restaurant was empty except for 2 people. When we were finally given a table, my friend and I were both given dirty glasses. We waited 20 minutes for the waitress to come over to take our order (and to ask for clean glasses) but they were too busy helping other people that came in after us. After another 5 minutes we decided to leave. Unacceptable! We only had 40 minutes at the most for lunch and now we only have 15!
