Brought my 5 year old in a while back for fillings and extraction. I was told by putting him to sleep it would make it less traumatic. Which I would think it would. Except he woke up before they were done. I'm sitting in the waiting room hearing a kid scream for his mom, and asking them to stop, and the dentist saying I'm almost done. Thinking no way that can't be my boy. Holding my breath trying to listen to the voice, about 10 mins later he comes out. It was him. When he came out he told me they held him down. Needless to say he's now horrified of the dentist and cried when I mentioned going back. Is it not common practice to maybe call the mother in when he's freaking out like that? Maybe give him some more gas? I'm going to have fun getting him into a dentist again, and my stomach turns just thinking if it.

I had to have 9 teeth extracted at once and the team took very good care of me. Making sure I understood what was happening and sadating me so it would go smoothly. Dr Cindy if fantastic and truly takes the time to make you feel at ease. If you are old or young this is the place to go to take care of you teeth and your health.

Excellent service, listened to what dental problem I was having and recommended the best solution. In no time I was looked after professionally and my dental issue has been fixed, painlessly and quickly. I will be back along with my family too! Highly recommend Horizon Clinic! Amazing for kids.
As a parent you hope that your kids first dental experience is a positive one. I feel like my daughters may have been too positive. Now she is asking me if she can stop brushing, so she can get cavities, so she can go back to the dentist... Child logic.

Best dentist office in town! Beautiful, clean space, and friendliest staff. Love the children's play area with books for my daughter to read in the waiting area. Never a bad experience in this office! I also love the contests they run on social media. All around amazing place!
