So i wemt back in to have my fixed and DITA did an amazimg job. I have not been happier. Maria the owner refunded my money and gave me treatments to do at home till i was able to come back in. I am so so happy i will for sure return.

I can't say enough about Josephs the staff are professional and friendly. Leyla is an amazing stylist and makeup artist I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great place to go for both hair and esthetics !

I have been going to Joseph's for 13 yrs. Tje quality of the products are incredible. Staff get to know you and they work with you to meet your individualized needs. I am a rather discerning customer when it comes to my hair as it is a short funky haircut and has highlights. I regularly have people ask me where I get my hair done and am happy to tell them! On a very few occasions I haven't been entirely satisfied and have been given amazing customer service that has helped make me happy and always wanting to come back. Would recommend this salon to any discerning customer.

Got my hair done by Alexis, it was a balayage, and she did such an amazing job! Not only that, she was super sweet and went out of her way to have me leaving the salon more than satisfied!

Last week, I went there for hair cut for my engagement shoot. I requested senior stylist to make sure I get best hair cut for my special day. I booked online appointment and then called to make sure I get senior stylist with more experience. Lady on the phone said that yes I am booked with experienced person. I am very disappointed and never going back. Person who did my hair completely ruined front bangs. They are not partitioned properly. One side had deep in partition,long hair and other side short in partition and short in length. Now, I have to wait till these grow so I can go somewhere else to fix these. I am very disappointed, 1. They ruined my hair when my wedding is in a week 2. I could tell the way this girl was cutting my that she was not experienced and They charged for senior stylist.
Never going back.......one thing I would like to mention I used to drive all the way from Toronto to Hamilton just for my haircut because I was very happy customer. I guess now they don't take their job serious.
