I've participated in various styles of martial arts over the years--which have all been quite valuable to learn, but I really wanted a style that would prove to be effective in "the street" if I ever got attacked and where the techniques were not too complicated to learn or execute. I finally found what I was seeking with IKMF Krav Maga at Krav Maga Solution Edmonton. We train to defend against many kinds of attacks that could happen in a real-life situation. I have been taking it for over a year and really enjoy it. I recommend IKMF Krav Maga for anyone who wants to learn reality based self-defense and isn't afraid of sweat!

Class was way better then I expected. I got to work out and learn self defense. The instructor was patient yet pushed me. I was impressed and highly recommend the class for everyone, after all we all benefit from self defence.
