I have been fitting masks trying to find the best one. I have had a good experience so far and I recommend them. Wish PRO Sleep Group on 75th st. could open on the weekend because only open to 4pm during the week makes it a lengthy wait for the one day a week I have free time from work to get issues I have with the mask to try and find the right one for me. All staff I met so far are very helpful. Anyone can have problems with communication with any business and I find if you ask the right questions up front can avoid problems or miss comununications to make a bad review. I give 5 stars for good professional people that work here.

1st appointment was good. A little more than 2 weeks after returning my test unit, I called to see if my results were in. I am not a respiratory technician, however, I am fairly certain they plug the unit in and upload the findings into a program that sorts it out. In other words, "analyzed automatically". Certainly, someone has to interpret the findings as well, so, 2 weeks plus?Ok. Sure.Why not. So, one young lady told me the results were back and that I was on "the high side of moderate".Cool. May I have my results? "Hold please. Ya, the other girl who does that is busy,can she call you back?" Sure. An hour later,I call back, pretending to not have call display and ask if someone may have called as I was out of my office for an hour. "Ok, she will send it to your Dr. and then to you this afternoon".(Why not just cc me?) So, nothing happens.today,I call my Dr.to see if the results are back."Nope". I call PSGI. Hi,no one has sent the results to either me,or my Doctor.??" Please hold" "Hello, this is Maria".Hello Maria. I called yesterday about my results, I would like to have them so I can prepare my Insurance provider for the claim I will soon be making.WellSir, we have it ready to send to your Dr. so,when the schedule,blah,blah,blah,. I said Excuse me, I don't mean to sound rude,or facetious, but do you not have e-mail capabilities? She replied"Well first of all Sir, that WAS rude! I said I am trying to understand the methodology here. After all, on PSGI's website,the say that their "Our focus is to provide excellent customer service , thorough follow up care to our patients, and EXCELLENT reporting to their physicians" It also states:"..The results will be provided to you and your Dr.". She then goes on to tell me about how some Doctors are slower than others,and ranting on about "the prescription" I remarked that some methods of "delivery"are also slower than others. She sounded thoroughly pissed off by then,and her tone was rather scathing. She began to berate me with regard to my conversational skills at which point I could tolerate no more.I promptly hung up and called my Dr.to request another req. for Pulse Air. A colleague of mine has had some very positive experiences there. Funny . not 5 min.later,I got my results in an e-mail from PSGI. Too little too late Maria.
