Great service! They really helped my boyfriend out and sized him up for his boots. I would highly recommend this place. They know there stuff!

The customer service here is unbelievably poor for a store trying to sell expensive, high quality shoes. I mean, if they were $3 cheeseburgers, I would understand. But they aren't. They are $300+ pairs of boots. The person I've dealt with every time I've been in there is unwelcoming, unfriendly, and borderline rude. She often has friends hanging out in the store and will actively ignore the only customer in the store to keep talking to her friend, sprawled and slouched awkwardly in the customer fitting chairs.
Better service at a fast food restaurant. Definitely wouldn't spend hundreds of dollars on a pair of boots that I can buy from a multitude of different stores in the city, or even online.
This store is terrible. Spend your money elsewhere. The end.

I've been here many times. In fact I own five different pairs of Red Wings now, all purchased from Reddhart Workwear. It's very hard to beat Red Wing for quality and durable footwear. Can't argue with products still made and assembled here in North America. My beckham boots are 5 years old now and they're looking better all the time. Lynda and the staffed crew are always helpful, friendly, easy to talk to, and really knowledgeable and proud of the products they sell. This place is a small business everyone should be supporting rather than large chain stores. Any upgrade to my boot collection over the years will be made here every time.

I had been looking for a good set of work boots for quite some time. I decided to take the plunge and buy some Red Wings. I was greeted in a very professional manner and was then told the various features of Red Wing boots. Tried a couple of sizes on and was sold on my 3rd pair of boots. As I was finishing my purchase, I was informed on the various warranties that come with Red Wing boots. I honestly think I will be a Red Wing buyer for life. Top notch boots, top notch experience. I will recommend Reddhart stores to everyone.
