My eyebrows are now two distinctly different shapes! This afternoon was my first time going to the Varsity Phamtastic nails location. I have always had positive experiences at the 855 8 Ave SW #101 location. The lady threading my eyebrows made each look nice in its own way...but very different from each other. This new world of lopsidedness is a scary place. I am hoping the left eyebrow grows back.
Also this location charged 3 dollars more, unless a tip was sneakily added on...

They got me in after the gym for a last-minute appointment with my feet in really rough shape after training. They took the time made me feel comfortable and just an overall fun environment. Definitely a great experience feels amazing and just the personalities that you get there are so sweet and caring. They took the time to talk joke around and find out about you and when to help make you feel great. Thank you guys definitely my go-to place for my next pedicure. Parminder you are awesome! See you in three weeks!

I walked in and they said they had time for a pedicure. The technician kept leaving to help other people (10 mins for an eyebrow wax et and it took awhile to complete my toes. When it came time to paint them she said she was going to help someone else (who walked in) and another lady would do the polish. She did not know what she was doing. The nails were streaked and only partial coloured on each nail. In less than a week most of my toe nails had polish that had peeled right off (not chipped, actually came off in one big chunk). For $52.50 I would not go back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Bianca is the nail technician that I have been going to for years. It's so hard to find a good nail technician for me since I have really high standard when it comes to nails. She is super friendly and funny. Not only that, she always knows what exactly I want for my nails. So glad that I found her in Calgary. :)

Awesome Phamtastic Nails & Spa (Varsity)! Lin is is very attentive and makes sure the salon is well run.
Customer service is awesome! Great location and super friendly staff. It is always clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly.
And, my fingers and toes always look great when I leave! I always look forward to my time there!Lovely experience as usual.
