The food is not really that good here. It is a melange of Chinese, some Japanese, and just a touch of Korean with some banchan and kimchi. The real thing is the performance. It is bizarre and dated but for Phnom Penh, I guess it is at least entertainment. Sometimes, you can see the lip synced performances but usually at least one mic is live.

An extensive menu and, while somewhat expensive, its good hearty Korean cuisine. But lets be honest, you're not there for the food. You're there for the show; surreal, not unlike a scene from "Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas", be sure to arrive before 7pm to have time to order and get settled in before the all-singing, all-dancing, performance begins. Strobes, high-volume music, elegantly dressed waitresses pounding drums and playing electric guitars, a must-do for any visitor to Phnom Penh, in my opinion. Staff we're friendly and more than willing to have chat with the patrons once the festivities were over.
