I stayed in Hotel Sernya last year and this year for seven weeks. I am so impressed with the friendly and helpful staff as well as tasty breakfast. The coffee and fruit plate are the best I have had in Thimphu. The hotel has nice bright rooms with good view, and it's close to nice restaurants, just around the corner of the main road. Highly worth recommendations.
