Really happy with the service given by Derrick and the team at Thrifty and Tamworth. Went out of their way to assist to ensure a smooth experience. Friendly and helpful from the initial contact via phone to the drop off of the veichle. The veichle was clean and well maintained. A very positive experience.

The owner has no understanding of what customer service is and was extremely rude. I ended up leaving immediately...GO TO HERTZ!
