I would like to make a comment about Dynamic Property Services.
I am Chairperson/Secretary of a Strata Building which DPS Manages. Over the last 12+ years, the Executive Committee has worked with different Strata Managers, within DPS, and after the initial settling-in period the relationships have always worked very well.
I believe that if a Strata Building has an active EC, then the Strata Manager (who is a facilitator) will be able to advise and guide the EC in the best possible way.
Success comes with a partnership between the Strata Manager and the Executive Committee. I am more than happy to endorse Dynamic Property Services as a Strata Manager and look forward to continued successful liaisons with them.

I have been extremely impressed with our strata manager Tara Eames, we are a small block of eight units with extremely different views which at certain times has been extremely difficult to manage. Tara has been most professional and diplomatic and has gone far beyond what is a reasonable expectation of her to maintain some kind of decorum.
I would just like to personally express my gratitude for her professionalism.

We have known Mark Bentley as our Manager with Dynamic Property Services for just on a year, now.
Mark took over our portfolio following what must have been a particularly tumultuous time at DPS. We have worked with them for twenty years, so we are not dissatisfied with the management of our Strata Plan. However, we would like to mention that Mark had an incredible task ahead of him when he took over. He has achieved this goal. He is always courteous, contactable and responds to our queries promptly. In order to accomplish these issues of correcting errors from the time of great instability prior to his involvement and the now smooth operation of our Plan is proof positive of his knowledge, ability to prioritise and intrinsic motivation to execute his duties in a most professional manner.

I have found Dynamic Property Services to be thoroughly professional, ethical, and honest in all of my dealings with them. They go to some lengths to ensure that their staff are kept up to date with changes in legalisation and practises, and are able to offer informed advice to owners and committee members.
As a committee member, I have found Claire Wilson's input to the smooth running of our block as been invaluable. She is informed, professional,
remarkably tolerant, and conciliatory.
Speaking from a perspective of being on four other Strata Committees (for different properties, and with different managing agents), I would recommend Dynamic PS, and Claire Smith in particular.

Our building is looked after by Dynamic Property Management and I am the chairperson of our strata committee. Our property manager (Patrick van Oort) is FANTASTIC. He has always gone above and beyond for our building and is a great support. I can see some disgruntled comments in regards to DPM in the google reviews, and strongly disagree with these comments from my experience. We have had many serious issues as a building over the past several years which Patrick has had to negotiate and has done an amazing job of navigating. To be honest, I don't know what we would do without him!
