Would have put 0 stars. Called the day before to change my pick up hour and make sure there's no issue. The employee told me everything was fine and it would be the same price. I come in and another employee (Marty, if it's his real name, who never bothered to say hi and smile) had us wait 20min to tell us it's 100$ more and then blames the 'new' employee for giving me wrong information. We ended up going to Budget.

One star would be more than generous, absolutely useless staff giving different information each time, hundreds and hundreds of dollars in hidden a fees we were not informed about despite I rang up TWICE to check. Much more expensive than any other hire company, do yourself a favour and DO NOT USE this joke of a company.

Inflexible. The girl attendamce matked my timing before paperwork and I ended up getting the car 45 mins after the time she recorded (what a rip off since they charge extra if I return it late).

Expensive and be prepared for some nasty surprise charge in your credit card few days after you return your car.
If there is half star or no star, I would vote for that but Google only allows 1 star as minimum.

Didn't have the car we booked and when they helped make other arrangements, that didn't help either. Wasted our time, money and patience.
