Would have given 4.5 stars if google let me.
Have been using Wendy as my travel agent for over 5 years now and have never had a problem. She's looked after everything from 20 guys on a footy trip, long personal trips to just a bit of friendly travel advice.
Helped me out of a few tricky situations while overseas as well.

Rude consultant - I just wanted to let you know that your agent was rather rude. Who is she to tell me off for buying a ticket online and calling to ask just one question: "do I need a visa to enter Thailand as I'm going for two weeks. " Who is she to be rude to me and not give her name.
Who are you to be so rude as to tell me that I should've booked with you to get free information. Omg 😲 ... I advised her that tried to call the Thai Embassy several times and no luck .......
Not happy with your customer service and will not recommend anyone to get your service.
