I go here pretty much every day on my lunch break. It's a great place to have a quiet sit-down, but there's not much cover if it's raining.

great place to grab your lunch and chill out. we come here friday nights too, to just stare at the lights from the Council House.

As it's a little more out-of-the-way, it's less crowded and more relaxing than Central Park. A better place to sit and have lunch or just unwind. The grounds always appear to be kept clean, and the openness is a welcome respite from the claustrophobic CBD.
