Went along to my first pilates class with Josh at his new physio clinic
It was my first time doing pilates and was a bit apprehensive but Josh put me at ease and gently put me through the various exercises on the reformer after first demonstating each one himself
Josh was caring and patient and obviously very knowledgeable
Great to know we have such a state of the art new facility locally in Malvern and clearly such a competant physio in Josh
Highly recommended
