Nice place for a family dining. Friendly staff and food tastes good!

The worst “Italian” restaurant I have ever been to. The “cannelloni” (listed in the pasta section of the menu) consisted of soggy, tasteless crepes - not pasta - wrapped around what was most likely Coles or Woolworths-brand ricotta and a few pieces of spinach, with some warm tinned tomatoes slopped on top. Oh, and two wilted pieces of rocket, yes LETTUCE, as the garnish - what kind of “chef” uses lettuce as a garnish?
When Melbourne boasts some of the best Italian bistros outside of Italy - the likes of 400 Gradi, D.O.C, Pelligrini’s etc - why would you bother trekking through this particularly filthy strip of Fitzroy Street to dine at such a lack-lustre venue...?

A classic St Kilda pasta and pizza joint. Authentic ingredients and recipes, and friendly, fast service. If you are nearby and looking for a quick Italian meal at a reasonable price, you can’t go past Leo’s. Good choice of drinks here, too!

Average food quality. Plenty of seating available. Calamari salad was more salad {not a good ratio}. Pasta needed more flavour, looked like Aldi tri-colour pasta was used. Wine selection was all very average style wines and the spirits were average in nature. Hungry still after meal consumed.
