11.25pm 16/9/17. Was met with fast speaking girl at drive through. Could barely understand her! We requested fresh cooked meals (as often have got old cold meals) . When we got our order we double checked "is it freshly cooked?" , yes came the reply, "all our meals are fresh cooked". Straight away I tried a chip.......which once again was almost cold and soggy. We told the girl who snatched our bags back, rolled her eyes and walked off. 1 minute later she returned, with a sour look on her face and said " ya gunna have to go wait in the waiting bay.....it will take about 3minutes" then walked off again........no apology, smile, thank you or anything. What a little up start!!!!!! 😠 Finally got our fries freshly cooked, delivered to the car by a friendly red headed young
lad! Don't think we will be going back there anymore.......sick of the old food that has been sitting around for a while. It has happened for the last time......that little upstart was the last straw!😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I've been going to this Macca's on a regular basis for 9 years.
Pros-
They will make a fresh batch of salted fries for you if you ask.
It's kept clean.
Friendly staff.
Cons- Unless you ask for fresh fries they are always super sad looking and occasionally cold.
Somehow any dipping sauce you order with your meal gets forgotten. Every time.
Sometimes you will get stale buns on your burgers. This seems to happen a lot with the mcmuffins.
On 3 occasions I've pulled a short black hair out of my meal; a snack wrap and 2 big macs.
About 3/4 of the time the burgers are so sloppily made that you have to put them together yourself.
The poor pickle is too often forgotten to be put on the big mac and cheeseburger. This might be a pro to some people but hey I like the pickle.
Edit: 10 minutes after I wrote this review went and got a nugget happy meal. ordered and paid for 2 sauces, got none.

The oldest McDonald's in Launceston. Ok service. On a few occasions they have left out items from order in the drivethrough. :( When u get home.
