Had a fun morning kayak and wildlife tour combo to Double Island with Brad. Great sunset, saw a stingray and had a nibble on an oyster. Brad was really knowledeable about the wildlife, nature and history of the island. Definitely worth getting up for!

Did the dawn kayak tour this morning with Brad. Loved every minute of it. Brad's commentary and knowledge was brilliant. Brad was very professional and I felt very safe at all times. He gave all his clients the utmost respect and handled a delicate situation, with a lady who had not booked AND then arrived as we were departing, very well. It was obvious he was more concerned with us receiving a great experience than "chasing extra money". Thanks again Brad. I definitely will tell all my friends and family AND I will be back .

I did the dawn kayak. Brad is the best! Very knowledgeable, easy going, in control and his equipment is great! (Small and comfortable life jacket, and you get nice reef shoes for the tour :) loved the experience! Well worth it!

I postponed my kayaking tour to the next day that I originally booked due to me feeling ear pain after scuba diving. Brad, had called me the previous evening to confirm the tour was happening, as from what I understood, this is not always the case depending on the people that show up, weather conditions, etc so he confirms to you in the evening if that's the case. The next evening, I was also waiting for confirmation that the tour next day was happening so I texted him to confirm if that was the case. I got no response whatsoever and to my surprise, and with no warning or specific information on any cancellation policy, I get charged 55 AUD to my credit card straight away that morning.
It seemed unfair to me that there was no information on specific amounts being charged or neither was I notified at least that I had being charged (I have to find this at a later point). Also, I was no given any alternatives, like go at a later time or rebook for next day, especially after me having been in touch the night before.
The 'reason' for this after speaking with Brad, was that my text was sent out of working hours. I had been contacted by them the previous day around the same time so this doesn't seem like a valid excuse.
In my opinion I felt that they just wanted the money and tried to find the easiest way to get it. If I knew it, I would have definitely gone to the other kayaking company further up in the beach.

Excellent early morning trip. Brad really took care to ensure that the group was aware of the conditions and capable of making the trip. Starting just before sunrise we had a calm paddle out to Double Island with Brad explaining the sights as we went. After a breakfast stop we travelled around the island learning more about the flora and fauna. The run back was a bit more choppy but again Brad briefed us on the safest way to approach the beach and looked after us all the way. An informative trip and a great morning workout, don't look any further than these guys!
