Lunch at the Arboretum Restaurant on Monday was a superb experience in every way. The two-course option had lots of choice. If we'd chosen the three course one, we could not have fitted in dessert. Both entree and mains were substantial servings and top quality. Organic, no-chemical Lark Hill wine a perfect accompaniment. My terrine and blue-eyed cod were beautiful. Service was impeccable yet friendly. Stunning views from corner table near the window made it perfect.
