Twenty years ago my wife and I used to live on King William Rd and would go to Spats a couple of times a week. We hadn't been back in quite a few years but went there a couple of weeks ago and it is still the most wonderful little Café around. The food and drinks are great and so were the staff. Love Spats Cafe!

Yes its cosy and looks romantic. However the hot choclates are too homely. Including the vienna. Homely with cream whip. I tried the waffle banana tonight. Mmmm just not nice. Maybe a thawed waffle... a semi ripe banana with a blob of ice cream. Of course it was pretty

Great dessert every time at very fair prices. Excellent vibe and pleasant staff. Can be busy and a little cramped but I understand why!
