deplorable service, - cant rate the food because i never got any even after waiting over 2 hours for my food - it never arrived.
then went to get a refund and was treated like a pariah for seeking same.
never again.

Worst take away experience i have ever had. Awful food, ridiculously priced, and even worse service. Frozen meals from woolies are better than this place.

The service was terrible. I had fish and chips delivered with a can of soft drink. The deliverer forgot the drink. This didn't bother me significantly, mistakes happen but the abrupt and irritated manner that he spoke to me was very disappointing. He did not apologise for the mistake and started to walk away without explaining what my options were (Do I get a refund? Would he return with the drink? etc). I had to call the store for an expiation and still did not get an apology. Eventually he returned with the drink and said "here you go" or something similar, still no apology and there was an attitude that I was inconveniencing him. Not a good experience.
