I recently changed insurance, and was assigned to this office. I went in to make an appointment to get my knee looked at. After introducing myself and explaining why I was there, the Secretary (who didn't even introduce herself) said in a very condescending tone, "I'm telling you right now- we don't write prescriptions for narcotics." I will not go to an office that assumes I'm a drug addict just because I have tattoos. She was extremely rude throughout my short interaction. I got home and changed my PCP.
