Seriously the best cheesesteaks in the entire bay area hands down, new ownership recently, but they're keeping up the tradition of authentic Philly steaks

The new ownership has no idea how to run a sandwich shop. They run around with sandwiches in their hands, no idea who to deliver them to. Some folks get numbers, some don't - it doesn't matter, they just ask everyone in the restaurant what you ordered every 3 minutes. I waited 24 minutes for a cheesesteak with nothing but cheese and onions. I was twice presented totally different sandwiches that were not even mine.
They finally asked me what I had ordered and they raced something out - cold, cheese was not melted, light on the meat. The service and management are horrible and they have no semblance of organization whatsoever.
