Set up my insurance and told them to bill me on the first. easy enough. So the SIXTH ROLLS AROUND and I get billed not once, but twice. I am a full time student, and I don't have over 400$lying around EVER. so my bank overdrafts and i am charged 78 for american family's mistake. Of course I cant get ahold of ben.. So a few days later, american family charges me over 400$ again, and i get another 78$ overdraft fees. I'm working with the support line at this point because i don't even bother trying to reach ben, and as the support line is working on it, I GET CHARGED AGAIN. meanwhile i had provided a different credit card to avoid this. so now my whole paycheck and then some have been taken by this company, and frankly? I'm starving. This is bullshit. i'm on hold now, have been for 45 minutes, trying to get my money back... DONT DO IT
