I honestly have no idea how Tim's got an overall rating of 4 1/2 stars. The owner and employees are the worse I've ever seen. Food is okay!

Waited a hour and a half for my food. When I got it the food was cold and the drink was warm. Still charged me for my lunch, with a "sorry" . Mind you, my place of employment is across the street from them. If I had known it was going to take a hour and a half, I would have went and picked it up myself!
