Pleasant suprise after so many painful comparisons. Ordered through the phone and the cover was ready within 3 days. You can feel for sure that they are very nice, helpful and professional, and they act promptly. The quality and value make me really happy.

My husband I shopped around a lot for a spa cover approximately two years ago and ended up buying a cover from Spa Covers of Riverside. It completely fell apart. I am so frustrated with the cost of the spa cover and how poor it performed. Soon after we got it - it started to turn green on the underside. Before long rain was building up under the cover and it only got worse. It degraded in a short period of time and now we have to buy another one. I would never retrun to Spa Covers of Riverside. And it scares me about the reviews being positive...how can I trust reviews now. I doubt our experience was the only one.

I kind of went over the top. Called everyone and tried to become some kind of expert on foam, vinyl, thread and heat sealed plastic. These guys seem to spend more time & care. The material was the thickest I felt. Their warehouse is small but they only cater to homeowners and not a huge operation. I asked for a couple special things and the cover was still done in a couple days for no extra charge. Owner was there both times for the order and pick up. Definitely the best bang for the buck. I found cheaper cover online but no one can answer my questions without sounding like they are making it up or not knowing.
