First off the service was fantastic. The presentation of everything we ordered was also on point. Unfortunately that was the high point of the meal. The food was under seasoned. The pork was dry and everything was over priced.

I often travel alone to Portland. When I want to sit with a book and a cocktail enjoying a view of the Willamette River, Three Degrees is my go-to spot. Very welcoming, fresh and tasty food, handcrafted cocktails all make this a special get-away for a working vacation.

Delicious food. Great location near Waterfront. Decent service. The restaurant fills quickly, but the bar area is open seating and does offer an area for families with minors.

Dining on the deck is awesome. Menu selection very limited with culinary speak that's hard to understand. Don't order the strawberry tart if expect strawberries. Portions are small but "perfectly assembled "
Service was so so. Many empty tables on a Friday night. I wonder why.

The food was okay but over priced for what it was. Do try the Elk Carpaccio as it is more than worth it and was the best item we tried.
Wine selection isn't amazing either but if you are into wine there are a few good options. (Must note we were also brought the wrong wine twice to the table).
Atmosphere is amazing with great views and a great patio! The cocktails are a definite must try!
