First time using tuego. Excellent! !! Will give myself a bit more time to pick up. I live very close and my food was waiting for me when I arrived. That worked perfect, but would rather I waited on food, lol. Have to go inside to pickup, so an add on of their awesome salad bar is easy.

Boyfriend and I both ordered Burgers medium well. When we cut them in half there were still raw inside. The manager came over and told us at medium well meant there was still pink. If you know anything about cooking Burgers medium well does not mean there still pink. She then asked if we want the same Burgers cooked a little bit more or who wanted fresh ones. Really? Yeah, scrape the cheese, bacon, and BBQ sauce off and throw my already cut Burger back on the grill. Who asks that? We did get new burgers fairly quickly which were good. Got nothing off our bill for the inconvenience.

I've been to this Ruby Tuesdays several times. Today's experience was not great. The waitress came to get my drink order and it took a bit to get my drink. When she brought my drink I wasn't ready to order and the waitress took another 10 minutes before she came back to see if I was ready to order. The food was good and then it was time to pay the bill the waitress almost lost my company credit card. Some how it ended up in the ice? How does that happen?

I spent 40 dollars and they gave me an appetizer meal. Then when i told the manager ALEX. He hung up on me!. I will NEVER go back and if you want your money worth. GO TO ANOTHER ONE. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE! I order an extra side of shrimp and i might as well not paid 5 extra dollars because it was the same amount you would get if you just ordered without extra. ALEX is VERY rude and very unprofessional. He need to be FIRED. If you go. Make sure its not take out and close to closing time. They will screw you OVER.

This is a great Ruby Tuesday's! We go here fairly frequently, mainly because they have a fabulous salad bar. The service here is generally good to excellent, the salad bar is wonderful as far as the freshness and quality and number of ingredients, the hamburgers are pretty darn good. Some of the pasta entrees are a little bit 'boil-in-bag' tasting in my opinion.
