This is a great private gym for Boeing employees and retired Boeing employees and their families. The gym has a friendly staff and a good variety of equipment including free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Classes are available for things like Yoga and Tai Chi.

Ample parking is provided. What is a bit unusual is that the staff takes the parking directly in front of the building. Most businesses would make that available to the customers and handicapped parking.

Classes are also provided at various times to learn about health issues; e.g. arthritis, heart attack/stroke, healthy eating, etc.

The gym is in close proximity to the Long Beach Boeing offices, making it a very good benefit and convenience to Boeing employees.
