Disappointing to see what used to be a great place become so worn down... at least the section along the outer wall is. Our service and food was fine, but the place is not being maintained. And please vacuum, clean, or replace the carpeting.

Terrible experience. Hostess was rude, waitress took forever-didn't check on us at all. Food wasn't that great. For sure will not be returning back to this place! Management needs to focus on retraining their staff or hiring new employees.

12/3/2016 Horrible service. Sat at the bar waiting for a table for 30 min. Bar tender was great. Was seated for 25 min. and not a single waiter , waitress or host came over to our table. We left and will never go back.

What a nice experience after being in the mall all day. After reading the other comments below, I thought maybe they came in a bad day. People can have those every now and then.
Id say the salad bar was a hero because we can snack a little before food came. The kids menu was perfect for my little son. The waitress alerted me about a burger deal tHat came with bottomless fries.
The only thing off was the missing water in the beginning. That usually comes within the first 3 minutes but oh well.
