I just ordered a dinner box with extra wings. However to my surprise there was a piece of hair in my pizza. Good thing I check my order before the delivery driver left. I was very disappointed with the way that the manager handled the issue. He was beyond rude and did not try to be of any help. I returned the order and was told everything was going to be made fresh which it wasn't at all.Management needs to be train better.

Ordered the 2 medium any toppings pizza for 6.99 each online. With delivery fees and tax it came up to $15.13, not a problem. But when the delivery guy brought my food it was only 1 pizza. I then called and spoke with a manager who then told me it was only 1 pizza showing up on his end. Ok so I'm getting dressed and I'll be there in 10 mins. Well I showed him what my screen said he shows me his, but u know I got my 2 pizzas as I requested the 1st time.
I will NOT be returning there ever again. Poor Customer service skills, Dirty establishment all across the board. (Ex: Dirty Floors, tables, cash registers, counter tops, and the employees that deliver not oncewashed their hands after coming from outside.)

Floors and tables dirty. This place is dark and depressing. Ordered and THEN saw the specials- wish I had known and saved myself a little money.

Because the food is delicious here also dessert Hershey Triple Chocolate Brownie and also the Hershey Chocolate Chip Cookie is superb. Great
