No spoon for the coffee, milk on the side was served on a small ramekin, I asked for white toast and I get wheat and I'm not going to explain how I see the service behind the line.... I'm a Bartender/Waitress/Banquet Server and a line cook..... Have some respect for others food..... Wear plastic gloves..... I do it all the time dealing with food.... Thanks

Customer service could have been better. Staying over night at the hospital and the person at the counter at pick up wasn't pleasant at all. Food was about the same.

I was at HH due to my hubs being in intensive care. Tina was so, well ...FRIENDLY!...from the moment I arrived to the minute I left. She saw my name tag (visitors to HH must have one) and used my name the whole time. She even left some anti-bac gel on the table. (Much appreciated, especially coming from hospital) I had spent the past week mostly alone and worried, and Tina was a little ray of sunshine. Great employee and rep for Friendlys!!!

Ordered our lunch at 8:56 am. For a 11:15 pick up. Went to our appt. Appt took longer than expected, so I call at 11:00am. To let them know. Told the lady on the phone we would be running late... Should be there by 11:45... We arrive at 11:50 ! So why am I still waiting for my food at 12:03 pm.??????? Like really and then I get my food at 12:05 and they forgot the milkshake!!! Neva again!!!!

I call you to place my order prior to pick up so I can enjoy my lunch but they never have it ready. I've gone without eating lunch twice because of this problem. The last time I had to wait for a half hour to get two salads that I ordered twenty minutes before noon. The only reason I waited is because I was treating a coworker to lunch and I didn't want her to have to go with eating. Really it takes over 45 minutes to put a couple salads together??? I'm all set with this place, further she had they didn't even have the order correct.
