Capable enough with goo variety of tours. BUT they need to learn some customer service... Afer booking my Andalusian tour, my bank blocked the payment. So I got on phone and fixed that issue, then asked "Mark" who sold me the tour to call back so I could give him the payment info. 72 hours later this guy had not found his way to returning the phone call to collect the money upon which his commission is presumably based. WTF??
How do you run a business too lazy to put out a hand and ACCEPT PAYMENT?? i.e. don't expect this outfit to excel in Customer Service!
