Never ever on time, waiting in town for the 88 bus on a Sunday should have been here at 11:32 it's now 11:43 and still no bus, you can't even contact them on a Sunday as their call centre is closed! If they can't even get 1 bus out every 30 minutes then god help them! We pay enough in fares as it is!! Useless company!!!

Perhaps one of the worst run business services I have ever experienced. Repeatedly not on time and NO communication. The have spent likely millions on electronic display but give No useful updates. The ability to have service interruption updates easily integrated but Not even considered as far as I can tell. Don't know if it on their strategic planning because they can't be bothered to advise. Been riding 52 for years and today, as their I next to no service 18:27 July 20th at Trescothick Stainforth I watch the ONLY 52 in the last 30 minutes go by half empty marked 000. Just pathetic. Ridiculously use bottom line of schedule screen to say "visit website" Maybe use your supposed business acumen to provide valuable information, but wait that would mean caring

I would like to say thank you to whom ever it was who handed my handbag to the driver of the 21 bus on Monday this week it was in Cubley about 3-15 pm. You absolutely saved my day and restored my faith in human nature !thankyou ,Thankyou so much xx
