I've seen the boat on the Trent, but never been initiated until now. A truly wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend to all to try at least once.

As a coach driver I'm keen to take my customers on nice, pleasent, quality trips.... The boats are excellent as are the staff that operate them, the food was mostly well received too. I am surprised, however, that better provision hadn't been taken towards the access and parking for large coaches. I mentioned this to a lady in the office who quipped that " it's been designed with coaches in mind". You don't have to be a coach/lorry driver to see that that's not true, please re design the layout so as when the car park's full you can still turn a coach round, thanks.

Now there's a new clubhouse with a very welcome cup of coffee/tea it makes a much better start to the experience. The staff were very pleasant, obliging and friendly. The boat was clean and tidy. The meal adequate although we were pleased to be the first served! The commentary excellent although not always clearly heard so some jokes not appreciated fully. I would recommend this trip without hesitation. A very pleasant day out.

Visited with my wife and was very pleased with our visit. Lovely food and very reasonable prices at the bar. Lovely leisurely cruise down the Trent and the new passenger building is beautifully built and decorated, a great place to start your day.
