Just signing up to the surgery, so can't comment on much. But the reception staff are so lovely! I've spoken to them a few times, once before signing up and a few times since because I made a little mistake in not reading the online patient registration properly. Lovely ladies on Reception, I've never been treated so nicely :)

has massively gone down hill in the last 12 months, go somewhere else.
2 rude reception staff, constant screw ups with repeat prescriptions and in my case they changed my contact details without my knowledge

I'm happy with this GP and i would not recommend enough. I have never seen rudeness of staff they are really polite and helpful

After seeing the last review on here I just had to comment. I have been at this practice for at least 8 years and none of that review rings true with me. Reception staff are always really friendly, courteous and helpful and happy to help you. I have seen a few doctors and the nurse in my time as a patient here and do not feel I have ever been treated shoddily. Recently I have had quite a few appointments for a complaint that I must add was investigated straight away (sent to hospital) and diagnosed within a couple of weeks. There is only one downside here and that is the dated building, but I'd rather be treated as a person in older surroundings than a number in a new shiny building. This is a small but very friendly and efficient practice in my opinion.

Don't do it. Don't. Please. Avoid it like the place if you have even a pinch of self-worth and dignity and want to retain it. But, hey, if you like rude staff, incompetence, frequent misdiagnosis, lazy prescriptions thrown at you, and not being listened to or treated with basic human decency, by all means register to become a patient here.
