This place isn't too bad. Pretty cheap if you book on treatwell and you get not bad waxing treatments. I go here regularly.

I m not the kind of person who makes complaints but I feel this time ,i really need to
I went to this spa for a Hollywood. It was awful. The girl was really unprofessional and the room where I was, was so dirty and untidy.
After the waxing , I looked at my self and I had hair still on me.I asked gently to finish her job properly but she literally didn't do anything. I paid 18 pounds for the worst waxing ever.

Service industry specially beauty parlours are too overpriced and know nothing
They consider a facial like a rocket science and then do everything by hand

Shellac :I awarded 0 star as lady called KIM so UN-pro and she clearly doesn't know what she is doing plus, she has a huge attitude!
LASER: I have booked 10 session I know everybody has a different body but I believe i should have start to see result as I have very light hair so I gave up going there (although AHLAM is very good)
Sunbed : Machine is great!
Generally speaking about this place, it's full of rude and unprofessional staff with and HUGE attitude specially Iranian woman in glasses who sits on the cashier sometimes...
It worth 0 star because of AHLAM and Sunbed I awarded 1

ELHAM and the salon manager are utterly unprofessional and have 0 knowledge in dealing with treatment mishaps.
In short Elham burnt me and instead of apologies, she defended her practice like a savage dog. Finally offered me a free session, then changed to 10% off, then went back on her word!!
Wax- sloppy
They are extremely rude, machines are unserviced, rooms are messy and I highly doubt their training is legit or first hand.
Cheap prices - cheap everything!
