used to go to this spa for long time I tried their hydro healing treatment and was excellent and great customer service.
On my last visit I found out the management has changed and I would not recommend it, poor customer service and not very professional.
I bought a pack of 4 treatments for 390£ of radio frequency, i requested to change my last appointment in the early morning the same day of my appointment and with a quite late response the owner sent me a very cold email saying that because of their strict policy I lost my last treatment , no refund , no treatment !

I strongly do not recommend this Clinic, the staff are cold and unfriendly. The service of this Clinic is appalling to say the least, My first horrific experience of this clinic was when I asked the person who was booking the appointment for further information about the Colonic irrigation as it was my first time, her manner was cold, unapproachable and she failed to answer my question. The only reason I followed through with the booking was because I was referred by my Mentor whom I trusted. On the day of the treatment(06/05/16), again I was met with the cold and unwelcoming staff, when I went to the treatment room, I found what was devastating and shocking just two pipes uncovered just hanging over a sink. I tried to discuss with the therapist about infection control, she was cold and dismissive of my concerns and failed to address my concerns in a professional manner, which left me feeling very anxious about my well being, and as a result did not go through with the treatment as I felt very unsafe under this therapists care, and as a whole the Clinic itself, and so I strongly will never recommend this clinic to anybody, not if you value your health and well being...

I first visited hydrohealing 2 years ago for a colonic irrigation, the service I recieved was excellent, the therapists were very insightful, friendly and caring. I attended an appointmnet today and found out the management had changed, this was evident. The therapist was not very informative and seemed to rush me out at the end and didn't even offer me any advice or even a glass of water.
The lady on reception was unprofessional and seemed to have no idea about customer relations and service. She continued her conversation on the telephone while taking my payment and was complaining to the person on the phone about their bad service Go figure!!!!
I will not be going back to Hydrohealing.

This was my first time at Hydro healing and my first Colonic and I must say it was excellent! The service was fab, all the girls are lovely and the colonic experience wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! I had Erin and she was so professional and full of knowledge. I was diagnosed by my doctor with IBS and it was such a relief to receive information that is actually helpful to this so called condition and to know that it's not all just in my head! I was recommended some diet tips, supplements and further tests to see what actually is wrong with me. I chose to have the slim&trim package, so I then went on to my hydro body blitz which was awesome, you lie in a flat bath and are scrubbed down from head to toe by this mechanism that does wonders, the therapist was lovely and very thoughtful. I then finished off with their clay and contour wrap (this was my favorite part) I was tape measured, wrapped up in bandages, had the best facial and scalp massage ever which sent me straight to sleep and was left to blissfully relax in the room. When all finished I was unwrapped and measured again, in total I lost...... 9 inches, yes NINE inches!! What a result :) All in all, best treatments I've ever had and such lovely service from the girls. I highly recommend this treatment and this salon!
