Excellent customer service but...out of date equipment, pool is used by billion school kids on daily base, really small gym area but of peak completely empty so useable in off peak times. To expensive for what you get. Also no parking (resident permit holders or pay and display but never available parking spaces).

Friendly staff, great gym facilities. Don't mind paying more than the gym down the road when it tends to be quieter meaning I get a much better workout.

Gym is very well equipped. Staff always friendly. Pool is nice and usually quiet, especially early morning. I can see how people may get frustrated that the pool is closed in the middle of the day as the school use it then - I think it's great that the kids have access to a pool. Classes are well run. Great if quite pricey gym setup

After 2 years, the yoga is quite nice and the facilities are still new and not too much people even at rush hour.

They say you can use the facilities anytime- wrong! They have schoolars sitting in the pool all day and you are not allowed there- health and safety they say.
Staff is never at their desk, only appear in the evening to kick you out because, and I quote 'they want to go home'.
Club is saving energy, so do not expect a hot sauna, steam room or jacuzzi. Administrator will put it up only when it is getting busier.
Do not sign up.
