Mostly had a good experience here. Some masseuses are good but some are downright poor. Find one you like and you're gold. These guys are particularly good if you want a firm massage.

However they did forget overbook and I had to wait 25 mins for my appointment one time - which was too much and I had to cancel in the end. And they didn’t even bother offering a discount for the inconvenience.

Staff need to be trained better.

The GOOD: Great location, clean, quiet. Overall fantastic massage therapists. The BAD: Rushed, stressed therapists, bad booking. The massage therapists do not seem happy, and are rushed off their feet. 'An hour' actually also 'includes' (!?) the time to get to the room & undress. I took a friend last week who was rushed out immediately after treatment - with empty rooms for other customers. Then, had kept me waiting a half hour for my own appointment. This is TOO PRICEY to be treated like a conveyor belt. I've gone 15x in the past year, but won't be back until they improve this. Also: the Buy-one-get-half-price is a scam. Offer a deal or don't.

Very disappointed with this practice. I have been their customer for the last 3 years, paid plenty of money to their account. Once I had to reschedule my appointment because of an emergency. Sadly I was told there was no option to do that and they would charge me full price even though I did not receive the service. Honestly don't waste your time. If they treat their regular customers like that - imagine how they treat drop-in customers!

Been going to this place for the last three years on and off, although pretty varying quality of massages to be honest. My girlfriend just called today and spent some time talking to an incredibly difficult member of staff, called Kerry. She actually wouldn't provide her surname. She told my girlfriend she could not move an appointment for an emergency which we had today. Although providing a deposit, which we were happy to loose, she told us that in fact we would be required to pay the full price for all three masages which we were trying to move. What sort of customer service experience is that? Also knowing that both my girlfriend and I have spent definitely within the remit of hundreds of pounds here, I'm totally shocked we've been treated like this. Fortunately we live in London so there are plenty of other good options, at better prices, which we will now be using and taking our money else where. So thanks Kerry. Maybe some lessons in customer service wouldn't go a miss. Also trying to claim you told my girlfriend over the phone this was the case a month ago, and only sending a confirmation email yesterday is not good enough to try and claim full price for services not received. I'd strongly recommend taking your money to other better London based services.

Tried to move my appointment to the following day as I had to stay late at work on the day of my appointment. But they simply refused me point blank. So ended up losing my money.
