I was happy at first few sessions, but then ipl machines were changed and could no feel nor see the effect of laser anymore. One of the girls working there said these machines are not as strong as the previous ones. I do not recommend it anymore, feels like a waste of time and money

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FOR YOUR GOODNESS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY OFFER THEIR SERVICES FOR FREE. IT IS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RUBISH. THE THERAPIST ARE NOT QUALIFIED AND TRAINED, THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ANY SIGN AND IS ILLIGAL. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE AND ALL BY THE MANAGER OF THE COMPANY. HE IS A THIEF. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING HIM TO COURT. THE PLACE IS SO DIRTY AND THE THERAPIST ARE RUDE AND UNEXPERIENCED. I STARTED HAVING SKIN ISSUES AFTER SOME MONTHS OF TREATMENTS IN THIS RUBISH PLACE AND MY GP TOLD ME IS BECAUSE OF UNHYGIENIC IPL EQUIPMENTS AND WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK FOR ONLY 2 OF THE REMAINED SESSIONS VERY POLITELY AND AFTER PAYONG LOTS OF MONEY TO THEIR COMPANY. THE RESEPCIONIST AND THE MANAGER WERE SO SO RUDE TO ME AND THEY HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF STUPID UNEDUCATED AND UNCIVILISED POLISH PEOPLE WITH VERY VERY POOR ENGLISH. DONT GO HERE!!! there ripping you off for your money, the treatments are not cheap and the products they use are from poundland. the worst company i have ever worked for, the therapist are not all fully trained in laser or anything they do! they will not make your skin like silk! if you have already visted you will see how much the therapist's hate their job and that cow of a manger they work for. all polish ripping everyone off. the worst company ever. DO NOT TRUST THEM !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I paid upfront for a course of 3 treatments. After having 2 sessions cancelled in a row (both with less than 24 hours notice) I decided that I no longer wanted to continue using their services. I asked for my money back. After 2 week's of unreturned calls & texts I finally got a response from the Managing Director who, after numerous emails, has not offered me a refund. They have taken £149.00 from me and don't seem to think they should return it despite not having provided the service I paid for over 2 months ago

I had excellent experience in this place. I am a regular client of the South Kensington branch but was positively surprised with the Camden branch when I had my appointment moved. Lovely therapist that did my laser. Very friendly atmosphere. The place is big, clean and hygienic. Worth a journey.
