The owner of Nature's Way is extremely rude, I called 4 times to book an appointment and she was very rude on the phone and is as rude in person. I was waiting for my mother for her massage to finish and she told me that she did not want me waiting in the reception seated area. The toilet is dirty and is also an old dirty shower room with a leaking shower. Today my appointment which I confirmed with them today has been cancelled and I had a call saying it has been moved to an earlier time - without asking me if this is ok. It is not OK. being treated like this as a paying customer is a joke. I would recommend you not to waste your money on such a unpleasant place. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

My partner booked me a massage for a present due to an injury & I booked it online and got confirmation of my appt. I turned up (after travelling 1 hour to get here) and was told there was no appt and they don't even do online booking even though I did it and got confirmation and showed the RUDEST lady who was at the door and she called me a liar and didn't offer me anything in return and no apology. I am so so cross. Still have not received a refund. She also advised me that they 'dont do evening appointments' even though their sign says they are open until 9pm and also the online booking system allowed me to book at 7pm.

Absolutely awful customer service. First tried to redeem a voucher while it's still valid by phoning up, and reception was very unhappy about booking in an appointment because she said the voucher is about to expire soon and blamed me for making the appointment too late. She told me that I need to wait and given a time in August and cant just have my choice of date. Then I tried sending my voucher code via text message but for some reason my phone had failed to send which I only found out several days later. By then the voucher had just expired by 1 day. I tried hard explaining the situation. She wants to charge me extra money if I want to have a session which I still have to wait and be given a time in August.
Do not visit this place!

Bought via Timeout. Have to text or phone mobile to book. First text went unanswered. So called and made an appointment on a Friday 3pm for appointment next day (Sat) at 3pm. Person seemed to blame her poor spoken English on me. Fell seriously ill that evening with stomach flu so - after being up all night - sent a text 7am on Saturday morning to cancel. Even though there's no way they would have lost a booking due to this (because of the short timespan) they refused to book me in again.

I had a one hour deep tissue massage and it was absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best massages I have ever had. The gentleman who gave me the massage was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. The other staff were also very professional and kind, I'm not too sure what other reviewers experienced but for me it was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, tidy and I thought to a good standard- perhaps they renovated recently? Highly recommended.
