Today I booked a pedicure via Treatwell at this place; when I came on time, I was very unpleasantly met by the (?) receptionist (no "hello/good afternoon", she literally just said "and you are..?") and even more unpleasantly informed me that there is another customer booked for the same time slot. Worth to mention that when I asked for her name, she REFUSED to provide it... I discussed the matter with the manager Sam, who mentioned, that "as you booked via Treatwell, this is not our responsibility"...I would avoid this place at all costs really

Great value. Good facilities - a couple of sauna and steam rooms, showers and central area for chair beds to relax . Pleasant atmosphere. It's a spa run in a council run leisure facility so don't expect savoy Hotel pampering, but it is clean, pleasantly decorated and furnished, staff were friendly, and if you can get around using a standard gym locker to change in to your provided fluffy robe then crack on. You get a reasonably priced spa 3 minutes from Carnaby Street elsewhere. Did I say very good value?
