Went here as part of a group booking, reception staff were incredibly rude and confused about our booking. At one point they started bad mouthing the person who made the booking to us, one of the receptionists was being overly aggressive for the situation.
The only highlight was the technicians were very polite and talented.

worst experience ever! I went for a wax and the woman who waxed me was so
RUDE I can't even begin to explain! As a start, she did not even have the decency to step out while I was getting undressed! Who does that!? During the wax I felt some pain (which is normal) and she basically told me to keep quiet as it was my choice to wax and no one had forced me to!!... It has been two weeks now and the results are awful! Plus she was using the same spatula for the entire wax which I think is really not hygienic and no gloves!!! Ok!!! So save your 50£ and go elsewhere!! Horrible!

Had two treatments there. The salon is very very busy and the reception stuff lacks attention to the customers! They dont seem to know of who you are and what you came for. They are always confused and can missunderstand what you book for! This is not a nice first experience when you go in. The towels which were used for pedicure, were of a nasty greyish white colour so looked like they are old and dirty. The back of my feet is still left rough. I have then came for eyebrow tinting and the lady there said that they are already black. When in reality my eyebrows are clearly brown... she then applied the black colour on them eventhough I asked her for brown... so the result is they look horrible now! To add on all these the prices are high, so you expect a service worth paying for. But here the service along with a atmosphere and customer care are totally NOT WORTH IT! Very dissapointed!!

holburn is a good place, been going for years, been advised to try the dubai store they have not only destroyed my hair, when i complaint in london they have barred me from coming. i have grey hairs which are very resistant but after many tries they have succeeded. but service is good when the old manager murela was there.

I had booked for colour which I'm happy with it, but even though I had not booked for a blow dry they still insisted on doing the blow dry despite the fact that I repeatedly mentioned I just need a quick dry. Poor, expensive blow dry which took a long time, which I ended washing and blow drying my hair again at home to wash the products and restyle my hair to suit my face. This is not the first time I'm having problems at this saloon, there's clearly lack of attention from the staff who take the bookings and some of the stylists. It's disappointing as the level of service used to be much better only a few years ago.
