Used Linkilaw for Website Terms & Conditions and Share Agreement. It was generally very good, but not completely smooth sailing and a couple of conversations were fractious. But everything was resolved in the end. Ultimately, they have been ingenious for finding a sustainable formula to providing start ups legal advice on fixed cost terms and for just that alone they deserve 5 stars.
