Very happy with our stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the Reception staff.
The room was spotlessly clean and well laid out. We had problems adjusting the heat control on the shower and the Receptionist went personally to check and then called maintenance. However, as it turned out there was no fault and we just needed to adjust the control more fully. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff and service
+ My compliments to the staff. They are very polite, outgoing, friendly and helpful. Every issue I had was resolved quickly and easily.
+ You can get £5 coupon in exchange for your room not being refreshed (none leaving day)
Room
I stayed in Executive room.
+ The bathroom and toilet were separated
- There was no sink in the toilet
+ The bathroom had both the shower and bathtub.
- Shower was a bit to small
- The water didn't have a consistent temperature. It was worm one minute and very hot the other
- Room needs more outlets, there was only one behind the TV
(+ you can ask for extension cord in the reception)
+ good bed and pillows
+ I only got non-paid things in fridge :)
+ Nice view
Breakfast
+ lot of choices
+ cleanness (mostly)
- glasses can be little dirty (probably a dishwasher problem)
+ mostly not crowded
+ great view

I had left one hotel and came to the Novotel around 9am expecting to just leave my luggage and wait for check in. However, the lovely lady at the desk checked me in right then and there. "That way you can rest for a bit before you have to go back out again." She was right and i was very grateful. My only compliant is that the food in the restaurant and bar area could be better. I ordered a steak and half of it was nothing but fat. Overall i had a lovely time at the Novotel Greenwich and will definitely be back.

Great location, on site parking good.
Staff very friendly and helpful however our room experience wasn't so good and we would think twice about booking a Novotel again.
The bed was extremely hard, we have a hard mattress at home but this one was like concrete therefore we did not get a good nights sleep.
Only one flat pillow each, we checked in wardrobe for additional pillows but there were none. We did not ask staff for more pillows as it would have delayed us going to bed we therefore used the towels to raise our pillows up.
The separate toilet is very small and has no wash hand basin in there.
Door cards kept cancelling out, not sure why as we kept them away from our mobiles

Room was large and comfortable, loved the bath (and particularly the deep tub). The little amenities like the Nespresso machine and the toiletries in the bathroom made me feel very comfortable. Food was excellent in the restaurant, and staff were well versed in dealing with food allergies (and made dealing with my rather unusual one very straightforward).
